Sleep vs. Extra Training – What’s Your Take for Recovery?

Lately, I’ve been juggling a packed schedule, and there just aren’t enough hours in the day. When time gets tight, do you lean toward squeezing in an extra session or prioritizing sleep? I know both matter for recovery, but I’m curious how others balance it.

From an athletic therapy perspective, sleep seems non-negotiable for muscle repair, but sometimes that extra workout feels like progress. What’s worked for you? Do you notice a bigger payoff from rest or pushing through? Would love to hear your experiences.

Sleep wins every time. No gains without recovery, and extra training just burns you out. Trust me, your body will thank you.

Listen to your body, . Sleep is sacred healing time your muscles and soul need that rest to grow stronger. Pushing through can block your flow.
