I’ve noticed a lot of chatter lately about men being “worse” at eating healthy compared to women. Is there any truth to that, or is it just how food and supplements are marketed to us? Walk down the supplement aisle, and it’s all “bulk up” and “max protein,” while women’s health stuff often focuses on balance and wellness. Even meal plans for guys seem to prioritize convenience over nutrition.
Is this just a stereotype, or have others noticed a real gap in how we approach healthy eating? Would love to hear if anyone’s found strategies that work without falling into the usual traps. Maybe it’s time to rethink how we talk about food for men. What’s your take?
