Core Strength vs. Root Strength: A Curious Connection

It struck me recently how we talk about “core strength” in fitness, but we never use the term “root strength.” I started wondering if there’s a deeper link here. Farmers spend their days doing physically demanding work that builds incredible stability and power from the ground up almost like they’re tapping into the same principles yogis use for balance and grounding.
