Choosing Between Two Very Different Vacation Dreams

This question really caught my eye. On one hand, the idea of getting my hands dirty on a classic Italian car in a beautiful Tuscan workshop sounds like pure therapy. I spend my days teaching people how to handle delicate seafood, so the contrast of working on something solid and mechanical is incredibly appealing. On the other hand, I have a deep appreciation for the discipline and artistry of ballet, and I imagine the rhythm and energy of two-stepping in Nashville offers a different kind of expressive joy. Both seem like fantastic ways to completely unwind and immerse myself in something new. For those of you who’ve done either, what was the experience really like? Did one feel more rewarding or surprisingly challenging? I’m curious to hear which path might offer the richer adventure.
