Cardio and Recovery for Music Producers

I’ve noticed that after a good cardio session, my mind feels clearer and I’m more focused when I sit down to produce music. It seems like the physical activity helps shake off any mental fog. On the flip side, taking proper recovery days seems to prevent burnout and keeps my ears fresh for mixing. Does anyone else find that their fitness routine impacts their creative process?
