Can Physics Concepts Like Entropy Help Us Understand Emotional Balance?

Lately, I’ve been fascinated by how ideas from physics might mirror the way we handle emotions. Take entropy, for example the tendency toward disorder in a system. It feels a lot like how stress or negativity can pile up if we don’t actively manage it. On the flip side, equilibrium suggests a state of balance, where things stabilize.

Does anyone else see parallels here? How do you “counteract” emotional entropy in your own life? Maybe it’s through routines, creative outlets, or just taking time to reset. I’d love to hear how others find their equilibrium, especially when life feels chaotic.

(And yes, I’m a travel agent who geeks out over marine biology and music production so analogies from nature or sound are totally welcome too!)
