Can minimalist photography help build better daily habits?

I’ve been experimenting with minimalist photography lately, and it’s got me wondering if this approach could actually encourage healthier routines. By stripping away distractions and focusing on just one or two elements like a clean water bottle on a counter, or running shoes by the door it feels like the images highlight what’s essential in our day-to-day lives.

Has anyone else tried using photography this way? Do you think capturing simple, intentional moments could make you more mindful about your habits, or even motivate you to stick with them? I’d love to hear your thoughts or see examples if you’ve given it a shot.
