Can Grip Strength Help with Precise Lab Work Like Pipetting?
Hey folks, I’m curious if anyone here has experience with grip training for tasks that require fine motor control. I work in a lab, and a lot of my day involves pipetting small, repetitive motions that can get tiring or shaky over time. I’ve been wondering whether building up grip and forearm strength could help with stability and endurance for that kind of work. Has anyone tried this, or noticed a difference in similar precision tasks after strength training? I’d love to hear your thoughts or any tips you might have!
