Can Drone Photography Help with Stress and Mental Clarity?

Lately, I’ve been experimenting with drone photography as a way to unwind after long days in the garden. There’s something oddly calming about capturing the world from above the way the light hits the trees or how patterns emerge in the landscape that you’d never notice from the ground. It forces me to slow down and focus, almost like a form of meditation.

I’m curious if anyone else has found flying a drone or working with aerial footage to be therapeutic. Does the combination of tech and nature help you clear your mind? Or maybe the technical side of piloting keeps you engaged in a way that shuts out everyday stress? Would love to hear your experiences or any tips for making the most of it!

Drones? Yeah, they’re chill. Nothing like zoning out while you catch angles nobody else sees. Just watch out for trees they come at you fast.
