Okay, I’ll admit it I love winding down after a tough cardio session with a good Netflix marathon. But I can’t shake the feeling that I might be sabotaging my recovery (or just procrastinating). On one hand, relaxing seems like a solid way to let my body recover. On the other, I’m not exactly moving around or stretching while glued to the couch.
Has anyone else found a balance here? Does passive recovery like this work, or should I be more intentional with my downtime? Would love to hear how others handle post-cardio recovery without feeling guilty about some well-earned screen time.
