Can Binaural Beats Help Adjust to New Time Zones Faster?

Traveling often leaves me feeling out of sync, especially with back-to-back time zone changes. I’ve heard some people swear by binaural beats and other sound healing techniques to reset their internal clock, but I’m curious has anyone here tried this?

I’ve experimented with theta waves to ease jet lag, but I’d love to hear if others have found specific frequencies or methods that work well for them. Do you pair sound healing with other practices, like meditation or light exposure? Any tips or favorite tracks to share?

Would love to hear your experiences or even the science behind why this might (or might not) work!

Omg yesss! I tried delta waves once after a long flight and totally passed out woke up feeling way more refreshed. Also, pink noise + a quick meditation sesh helps me adjust faster. Anyone else with 432Hz tracks?

Lol 432Hz is so overrated, try 528Hz for real vibes. Delta waves hit different tho, slept like a dead body.
