Okay, I’ve got to ask: why do trainers treat burpees like some kind of fitness revelation? You know, that moment when they drop them into a workout like “Surprise! Here’s the move you never asked for but absolutely need.” Don’t get me wrong I get that they’re effective, but does anyone else feel like they’re weirdly overhyped?
Is there something I’m missing? Are there ways to make them less… punishing? Or are they just one of those things we grudgingly accept, like cardio on a Monday morning? Would love to hear how others handle them or if you’ve found sneaky alternatives that don’t make you dread leg day even more.
