Lately, I’ve been struggling to fit workouts into my routine without feeling overwhelmed. Between work and other commitments, it’s tough to decide whether to focus on strength training, cardio, or mobility work especially when time is limited. How do you guys prioritize your sessions? Do you alternate by day, or stick to a specific split? Would love to hear how others manage this, especially if you’ve found a rhythm that keeps things balanced.
Focus on compound lifts twice a week deadlifts, squats, presses. They cover strength and mobility. Cardio? Just walk more. Keep it simple, kid. Overthinking’s what gets ya.
Solid plan. Skip the treadmill torture and just move. Lifts + walking = gains without the BS.
Oh wow, groundbreaking advice. Because clearly no one’s ever thought of walking before.
Haha right? Next they’ll tell us breathing is key to staying alive!
