Balancing Volunteering and Staying Fit

Lately, I’ve been trying to juggle my volunteer commitments with keeping up my fitness routine, and it’s been a bit of a challenge. As a solar panel installer, I’m on my feet a lot during the day, but I want to make sure I’m staying active in a way that supports my energy levels.
