Lately, I’ve been trying to balance strength training with those long hours in the studio anyone else juggle physical fitness and demanding audio work? I love the focus and stamina I get from lifting, but after a heavy leg day, standing for hours during a mix feels brutal. How do you structure your workouts to avoid burnout without sacrificing gains?
