Balancing Strength Gains with Joint Fatigue – What’s Your Approach?

Lately, I’ve been hitting the gym feeling strong and energized, but my joints especially elbows and knees aren’t exactly keeping up. It’s frustrating when your muscles are ready to go but your joints are begging for a break.

How do you guys handle this? Do you dial back the weight and focus on higher reps, or switch to lower-impact movements for a bit? Maybe incorporate more mobility work or active recovery? I’m curious what’s worked for others in balancing intensity with joint health. Any tips or tweaks to programming that have helped you push through without overdoing it?
