Balancing Strength and Stamina for Dance Routines

I’ve noticed that my dance rehearsals demand both explosive power and lasting energy, and I’m curious how others manage to build strength without sacrificing endurance. Sometimes after a heavy lifting session, my legs feel too drained for those long, high-energy practices. What approaches have worked for you in combining these two types of training?
