I meal prep on Sundays with simple things like grilled chicken and veggies. It helps me avoid junk food when I’m busy. I keep nuts and protein bars in my bag for quick snacks. They help me stay focused without much effort. Sometimes I drink green tea instead of coffee it keeps me calm but alert during long days.
