Does anyone else here struggle to stay consistent with workouts when work gets hectic? I love staying active, but some weeks it feels impossible to squeeze in a proper session between client meetings and portfolio reviews. Lately, I’ve been experimenting with shorter, high-intensity routines, but I’m curious what strategies have worked for you?
On a side note, I’ve found that rock climbing (when I can make time for it) scratches both the fitness and geology itch. Anyone else into unconventional workouts that tie into their other interests? Would love to hear how you blend hobbies with staying in shape.
