Lately, I’ve been trying to stay consistent with my workouts, but my partner isn’t as into fitness as I am. It’s not a huge issue, but I’m curious how others navigate this. Do you schedule gym time around quality time, or have you found ways to include your partner in your routine? I’d love to hear what’s worked for you whether it’s compromise, finding shared activities, or just keeping things separate but balanced.
