Balancing Discipline & Motivation as a Public Health Pro Who Loves Design

It’s funny how my job revolves around helping others stay healthy, yet I sometimes struggle with my own fitness discipline. You’d think working in public health would make it easier, but the mental fatigue of long hours can zap motivation fast. And oddly, my love for interior design creeps in I’ll rearrange my home gym instead of using it!
