Lately, I’ve been trying to find that sweet spot between staying disciplined and not running myself into the ground whether it’s keeping up with my kids’ routines or tackling projects at work. It feels a lot like pacing through a long skincare routine: if you rush it, you don’t get the results, but if you overdo it, you’re just exhausted.
