Balancing Deep Work and Physical Health Without Burning Out

Lately, I’ve been struggling to find the right rhythm between diving deep into crypto research (or other intense focus work) and staying on top of my fitness routine. It feels like every hour spent at the desk is an hour not spent moving, and vice versa. I know both are important mental clarity and physical health but squeezing them into the same day often leaves me feeling stretched thin.

How do you all manage this? Do you block out strict time slots, integrate movement into your workday, or something else entirely? I’ve tried midday gym breaks, but sometimes it’s hard to switch gears without losing momentum. Stop whining and just do both. Schedule your workouts like they’re trades non-negotiable. If you can’t handle the grind, crypto isn’t for you.
