Balancing Creativity and Fitness as an Art Director

I’m an art director by day, and I’ve noticed the long hours at a desk or in meetings can really drain my energy and focus. I’m curious how others in creative fields have used workout training to boost their daily work life. Does regular exercise help with maintaining that creative spark or managing project stress? I’m especially interested in routines that might improve posture or stamina without leaving me too wiped out to brainstorm. What’s worked for you?
