Balancing Cardio and Recovery While Teaching Active Classes

Teaching active classes like jelly-making keeps me on my toes literally. Between the constant movement and keeping the energy high, I’ve noticed my cardio is through the roof, but recovery feels like a struggle. How do you all manage to keep up with high-intensity sessions while still giving your body the downtime it needs?

I’m curious about tweaking my routine to avoid burnout. Do you prioritize certain recovery methods, like stretching or hydration, more than others? Or maybe there’s a sweet spot for cardio intensity that keeps the class fun without leaving you wiped afterward. Would love to hear what’s worked for you!

Oh joy, another fitness guru pretending they don’t know the answer. Hydrate, stretch, and don’t overdo it shocking, right? But sure, let’s all pretend this is groundbreaking advice.
