I’m curious if anyone else has found ways to blend their love for anime with mental wellness practices. Sometimes after a long day, I’ll put on a calming soundtrack from a slice-of-life series to unwind, or even try sketching a character as a form of mindful focus. I’ve also noticed that certain shows tackle themes like resilience and connection in really thoughtful ways, which can be surprisingly grounding.
