Anime Characters and Their Impact on Men's Fitness Goals

I’ve noticed a lot of guys at my gym mentioning characters like Goku or Levi Ackerman as their inspiration for getting fit. It makes me wonder how much do these anime figures actually shape our ideas about fitness and body image? On one hand, they can be great motivators, but on the other, the physiques are often pretty extreme. Has anyone else felt influenced by anime when setting their own fitness targets? I’d love to hear your thoughts or experiences with this.
