I’ve been mulling over something in my work and hobbies that might apply to fitness, too. With all the biometric data we can track now sleep patterns, stress levels, heart rate variability it makes me wonder if sticking to a rigid workout schedule is always the best approach. Some days you’re well-rested and ready to push hard, other times you’re drained and maybe a lighter session would be more beneficial. Has anyone tried tailoring their training intensity or rest days based on real-time biometric feedback instead of a fixed plan? I’m curious how that’s worked out and if it helps avoid burnout or injury while still making progress.
