On one hand, you can grab a set of Federals, slide all day without crying over the cost, and just accept you’ll be swapping them out more often. It’s a fun, carefree way to get seat time. But then I think about those times when you’re chasing that perfect, consistent angle and wonder if the extra grip from something like a Nitto would make the difference. Is the upfront splurge worth it for the control and maybe even longer life in the long run, or is the “disposable” tire route the smarter play for pure practice?
