It’s fascinating how quickly AI is weaving itself into our daily lives especially in creative fields like sound engineering, where I spend most of my time. But I’ve been wondering lately: as AI and automation handle more tasks for us, will they bring us closer to our emotions or push us further away?
On one hand, AI can free up mental space by taking over repetitive work, giving us more time to reflect or connect with others. But on the other, there’s a risk of becoming overly reliant on algorithms to make decisions even emotional ones for us.
What do you think? Have you noticed AI changing how you process emotions, or do you see it as just another tool? I’d love to hear your take.
