It’s funny how we attach so much moral weight to what we eat like a salad is “virtuous” and a burger is “sinful.” I get that nutrition matters, but why does food have to be a judgment call? As someone who bikes a lot, I’ve started seeing food more as energy to keep me moving, not a scorecard for my willpower.
Does anyone else feel like the guilt-tripping around food is overdone? How do you shift the mindset from “good vs. evil” to just… eating? Would love to hear how others balance enjoyment with practicality, especially when life’s already packed with startup chaos, workouts, and the occasional comic-book binge.
