It’s funny how we all agree that “health is wealth,” yet so many of us myself included end up sacrificing sleep, skipping workouts, or eating poorly because work or other commitments take priority. I’ve seen coworkers push through burnout for a promotion or ignore chronic pain to meet deadlines. Even in manufacturing, where safety is huge, mental health often takes a backseat.
Does anyone else struggle with this balance? How do you make time for well-being when life gets hectic? I’d love to hear what’s worked for others whether it’s small daily habits or bigger mindset shifts. Maybe we can all learn a trick or two to put health closer to the top of the list.
