Which Exercise Did You Drop Because It Wasn’t Worth the Effort?

I’ve been reevaluating my routine lately and realized some exercises just don’t give me enough bang for my buck. For me, it was behind-the-neck overhead presses always left my shoulders feeling wrecked without much strength or size payoff. Maybe my mobility just isn’t there, but it felt like more risk than reward.

Curious to hear what moves you’ve cut for similar reasons. Did you replace them with something better, or just ditch ‘em altogether? Always looking to fine-tune the routine.
