When Your Brain Quits Before Your Body Does

Lately, I’ve been hitting the gym consistently, but there’s this weird thing that keeps happening. My muscles could probably handle more, but my mind just checks out halfway through. It’s like my willpower has a shorter fuse than my physical strength. Does anyone else feel like their mental stamina is the real bottleneck?
