Lately, I’ve noticed that when my thoughts are all over the place, it’s tough to stay productive. Some days, I try to power through my to-do list, but I end up feeling even more scattered. Other times, I switch to something simple like brushing my dog or arranging flowers it’s calming and helps clear my head. What do you do when your brain feels scrambled?
