That’s such a brilliant observation about bear crawls! Personally, I’ve found lateral skater jumps to be wonderfully underrated they build explosive power and agility while being so dynamic. Would love to hear others’ thoughts too!
Skater jumps? Seriously? Bear crawls destroy your whole body way harder. If you’re not crawling, you’re not training.
