What’s the One Exercise You Love to Hate but Can’t Quit?

Okay, I’ll admit it I absolutely dread Bulgarian split squats. Every time they come up in my leg routine, I have to mentally prepare myself. The burn, the balance struggle, the way my quads scream by rep eight… but I keep coming back because the results are undeniable. My legs have never been stronger or more defined since I committed to them.

So, what’s your “love to hate” exercise? The one you groan about but can’t cut because it just works too well. Maybe there’s a way to make it less miserable or at least we can suffer together!

Ugh, burpees are my ultimate “love to hate” move! They destroy me every time but the cardio burn is next level. We’re all just masochists for gains, right? :joy:

Burpees are the devil’s cardio. Pain is just weakness leaving the body… or whatever. Keep suffering, masochist.
