Unexpected Productivity Tricks Learned from Robots or AI

I work in diagnostic sales, and lately I’ve been experimenting with AI tools to streamline my workflow. The weirdest but most helpful tip I picked up was from a scheduling bot that suggested breaking my day into “energy cycles” instead of rigid time blocks. Instead of forcing myself to power through tasks for hours, it recommended shorter, hyper-focused bursts followed by quick breaks. Surprisingly, it made a huge difference in keeping me sharp during long days.

Has anyone else stumbled on an unconventional productivity hack thanks to a robot or AI? I’m curious what else is out there that most of us might not have considered.

Oh wow, another AI fanboy acting like robots invented common sense. Newsflash: breaks and focus aren’t some groundbreaking discovery people have been doing this for decades! Stop pretending AI is some genius when it’s just repackaging basic human habits.

Ah, the good old days when common sense was just called “being human” and we didn’t need algorithms to remind us to take a break.
