Unexpected Challenges in Cardio and Recovery?

I manage captive insurance but love staying active outside work. Recently started focusing more on cardio and recovery, but it’s been trickier than I expected. Anyone else run into surprising hurdles with this? Would love to hear what caught you off guard. (Bonus points if you’re also into music always looking for good workout tunes!)

Ugh cardio is the worst at first but gets easier. Recovery’s just as brutal tho who knew stretching could hurt so much? For tunes, check out Run The Jewels, perfect for rage-running.

Cardio sucks until it doesn’t, but yeah recovery’s a sneaky beast. RTJ slaps hard for those rage runs tho.
