Unexpected Challenges for a Baker Getting into Sports

So, I spend most of my day in the kitchen surrounded by flour, sugar, and butter, and I’ve recently started exploring sports to stay active. I’m finding that some aspects are trickier than I expected. Also, my schedule revolves around early morning baking, so finding energy for a workout later in the day is tough. Has anyone else with a similar background faced these kinds of hurdles? How did you adapt your skills or routine to make it work?
