Tapping into Hyperfocus for Everyday Tasks

I had one of those moments recently where I got so absorbed in researching a UFO sighting report that hours flew by without me noticing. It’s amazing how that kind of focus just takes over. But then I struggle to channel that same energy into routine things like updating my ecotour itineraries or answering emails. Does anyone else experience this shift between intense concentration and everyday duties? I’d love to hear how you redirect that deep focus into less exciting tasks without losing momentum. What’s worked for you?
