Struggling with guilt when I'm too tired for side projects

Lately, I’ve been hitting a wall where I’m just too drained to put energy into my side projects after my main workday. Even though I know rest is important, I can’t shake this nagging guilt or FOMO that I should be doing more. It’s like my brain won’t let me relax because there’s always something else I could be creating or learning. Does anyone else wrestle with this? How do you give yourself permission to step back without feeling like you’re falling behind? I’d love to hear what’s worked for you in finding that balance.
