Structuring Work Like a Musical Composition

I spend my days managing medical billing, which can get pretty monotonous. But outside of work, I love composing music and thinking about cinematography. It got me wondering what if we approached our daily tasks with the same flow as a symphony? You know, building up to intense, focused periods like a crescendo, then allowing for quieter moments to breathe and reset. Has anyone tried applying musical rhythms to their workflow? I’m curious if this could help make productivity feel more natural and less draining. What are your thoughts or experiences with this kind of approach?
