Sound Tech Seeking Fitness Tips for Daily Energy and Focus

So I work as a sound technician, which means my days are a mix of heavy lifting, long hours on my feet, and needing sharp ears and focus. I’m curious how different sports or fitness routines could help with the physical and mental demands of the job. I’m not looking to become an athlete, just to feel less drained at the end of a gig and maybe improve my posture and stamina.
