Sleep vs. Nutrition for Recovery While Cutting: What’s More Important?

Right now, I’m in the middle of a cut and trying to dial in my recovery as much as possible. I know both sleep and nutrition play huge roles, but I’m curious which one do you guys prioritize when you’re leaning out?

On one hand, hitting protein and micronutrient targets feels non-negotiable, especially when calories are lower. But then again, skimping on sleep seems to wreck my energy and performance in the gym, no matter how clean my diet is.

Anyone else wrestle with this balance? Do you focus more on perfecting your macros or making sure you get those solid 7-9 hours? Would love to hear what’s worked for you.
