I’ve been mulling over this idea lately if marine ecosystems were treated like asset classes, which ones would you bet against and which would you invest in? I’m leaning toward shorting coral reefs because they’re so vulnerable to warming and acidification, but I’d go long on deep-sea vents for their resilience and untapped potential. What are your thoughts? Are there other ecosystems you’d consider bullish or bearish on?
