Recovery tips for those extra tough training days

Man, some days you just leave it all on the floor and feel completely wrecked afterwards. I’m curious what everyone does to bounce back when you’re seriously sore and fatigued. I usually try to get some protein in right away and make sure I’m hydrated, but I’m always looking for new ideas. What specific things do you find help you recover faster and feel less beat up the next day? Do you have any go-to meals, stretches, or even mental tricks to wind down?
