Overreaching vs. Just an Off Day: How Do You Tell?

Hey folks, I’ve had those days where I feel totally drained and my lifts just aren’t there. Sometimes it’s just a bad session, but other times I wonder if I’m pushing too hard for too long. What do you look for to figure out if it’s overreaching versus an isolated rough day? For me, if my sleep quality tanks and I’m irritable for days, that’s usually a red flag. How about you what signs tip you off?
