Mental health and the neglected fish tank analogy

You know, I was cleaning out my aquaponics setup earlier and it struck me how similar mental health can be to maintaining a fish tank. If you ignore the little signs murky water, a stressed fish, or algae buildup things can spiral before you even realize it. But when you catch those small cues early, it’s so much easier to turn things around. Do you ever feel like mental well-being works the same way?
