Managing Gym Routines When Life Stress Takes Over

Lately, I’ve been hitting a wall with my training not from lack of motivation, but because work and family stuff are just draining me. I know I’m not alone in this, so I’m curious: how do you tweak your workouts when energy levels are low? Do you scale back intensity, switch to lower-impact sessions, or maybe focus more on recovery? I’m all for pushing hard, but there’s gotta be a balance when life gets hectic. What’s worked for you?

Totally get it! When I’m drained, I swap intense workouts for yoga or walks still moving but way more chill. Recovery is key, so I listen to my body and scale back without guilt!

Smart move. Gotta keep the grind going but no shame in switching gears when needed. Balance keeps you in the game longer.
